Tony Furtado is a major musical force without a doubt. He has his black-belt in voice and bottleneck guitar and his banjo playing scares the crap out of me.” – David Lindley, musical adventurer.

Very few musicians of any stripe so personify a musical genre as completely as Tony Furtado embodies Americana roots music. Tony is an evocative and soulful singer, a wide-ranging songwriter and a virtuoso multi-instrumentalist adept on banjo, cello-banjo, slide guitar and baritone ukulele who mixes and matches sounds and styles with the flair of a master chef (he's also an accomplished sculptor, but that's another story). All of the music of America is in Tony's music. Relix hit the nail on the head when writing of Tony: “True talent doesn't need categories.” His latest CD is called The Bell. http://www.tonyfurtado.com

A young Sicilian artist left Italy over 30 years ago, with the dream of “playing with the greatest guitarists”. Peppino D'Agostino has achieved his dream and he's now firmly planted in the “who's who” of the guitar world. Peppino emerged on the acoustic guitar scene in the early 80's as a leading member of the second wave of the great fingerstylists that helped redefine the instrument in the '90s. His remarkable technique, penchant for open tunings, and percussive effects are the basis of his unique compositional style which has been inspiring musicians and audiences alike for decades. Add to that his natural warmth, playfulness, and broad musical tastes and you have the recipe for what he calls “minestrone music”. D'Agostino's simultaneous immersion in the classical guitar and rock worlds, has culminated in his most recent solo recording, Penumbra, a mix of sophisticated yet melodic compositions. http://peppinodagostino.com

Jeff Campitelli is a drummer who has most famously been associated with Joe Satriani on many of his albums as well as when he performs live. Jeff has been selected by Rolling Stone Magazine as the 50th greatest drummer of all time. www.facebook.com/pages/Jeff-Campitelli/104107789626700
