call 831-475-4938 or email Brundle@attglobal.netBroceliande plays Celtic music from the British Isles and Medieval and Renaissance music from the European courts and countryside. The repertoire ranges from lively dance music to haunting harp based ballads and a cappella madrigals. Margaret Davies (Celtic harp, flutes and vocals), Kristopher Klover (octave mandolin, guitar, and vocals), and Kris Yenney (cello, viola de gamba, and vocals) make up the group, providing stellar lead and 3-part harmony vocals.
Broceliande have played for Fiddling Cricket several times over the years, and it is becoming a tradition to have them do a seasonal show near Christmas with a Wassail and Winter Solstice/Yuletide theme - music to drive the Cold Winter away (well, we might get some), even while embracing her cozy and festive comforts (or in plain English terms, eat, drink, and be merry!).

Called a San Francisco Bay Area phenomenon, this powerhouse all female band is finding themselves increasingly in the national spotlight. They've performed for audiences across the US; opened for Ani Difranco at the California Worldfest and Roseanne Cash at the Strawberry Music Festival; launched a national radio campaign covering both AAA and Non-Com stations and reached an audience of millions on XM Satellite Radio's "Starbuck's XM Cafe," where the band's album, Severland, charted at number one in 2007.
Most recently, the band signed a five year three album record deal with the new cutting edge label, Opus Music Ventures, in Berkeley, CA, co-billed with Joan Baez at Stern Grove in San Francisco, and released their fourth album to a sold out crowd of 1000 people at the Palace of Fine Arts.
